Fastest way — delete in the app
If you have the AutoHauler AI driver app, you can delete your account yourself:
- Open the app and go to the Profile tab.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account is deactivated immediately and you're signed out.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, we deactivate your login and permanently remove your personal contact information, including:
- Your phone number and email address
- Your device push-notification token
- Your ability to sign in (your login is disabled)
What we keep, and why
Some records are retained after account deletion because they belong to the fleet company that employs or contracts you, and are required for legal, tax, and safety-compliance reasons — for example completed job and Bill of Lading records, and payment history. These records are kept by the fleet company, not used to identify you for marketing, and are retained only as long as the law requires.
If you need these business records removed as well, contact your fleet company (the dispatcher who set up your account), or use the form below and we'll route your request to them.
