Yes. All AutoHauler AI data is hosted in Canada and the platform is designed to comply with PIPEDA (Canada's federal privacy law). Your customer data, driver records, and financial information never leave Canadian servers.

Yes. The AutoHauler AI driver app is available on iOS and Android. Drivers receive job assignments instantly, capture condition photos at pickup and delivery, update job status, and get a customer e-signature on the Bill of Lading — all from their phone. The app also includes an HOS tracker, IFTA fuel log, weight and axle calculator, trip profit calculator, and a library of 70+ reference guides for border crossing, CVOR, TDG, and seasonal regulations.

An eBOL (electronic Bill of Lading) is the digital version of the paper delivery receipt. In AutoHauler AI, the driver captures condition photos at pickup and at delivery, then the customer signs the BOL on their own phone — no paper required. The signed copy is automatically emailed to the customer and stored on the order.

The AutoHauler AI driver app includes a built-in IFTA fuel log. Drivers log fuel purchases and the app tracks jurisdiction miles automatically, making it straightforward to generate your quarterly IFTA report.

Yes. The driver app includes a built-in HOS tracker so drivers can log their duty status and available hours without a separate ELD app. A full ELD hardware integration is currently in development.

Yes. The Trips feature lets you build multi-stop, multi-vehicle loads with a full manifest. All vehicles and stops are grouped on a single trip sheet that can be dispatched in one click.
